With over 15 years of distinguished experience as an Electrical Engineer in a Fortune 500 company, Sanjoy Dey's journey into the realm of real estate entrepreneurship is nothing short of inspiring. Armed with a relentless drive and an unwavering commitment to helping individuals achieve their financial aspirations, Sanjoy embarked on a transformative path over a decade ago, founding Corfu Capital in June 2022.
Originally hailing from Bangladesh, Sanjoy's academic journey led him to pursue his engineering education at Wichita State University, Kansas, where he honed his technical acumen. Fueling his ambition further, he later earned an MBA degree from California State University, enhancing his repertoire with a strategic business perspective.
Sanjoy's transition from the corporate world to real estate was driven by a deep-seated desire to create wealth and foster financial freedom for himself and others. His personal portfolio boasts a diverse array of single-family and multifamily homes, reflecting his astute investment prowess. Notably, his passive multifamily investments span over 1500 units in emerging markets across multiple states, a testament to his strategic foresight and prudent decision-making.
As a full-time Real Estate Professional, Sanjoy devotes 100% of his time to investing and empowering others to unlock the doors to financial independence. His exceptional analytical skills, fortified by his mathematics background and project management expertise, form the cornerstone of his approach.
